How much does shipping cost?
SHIPPING IS FREE ON ORDERS OVER $39 AUSTRALIA WIDE.
For orders less than $39, a delivery fee of just $6.95 will apply.
Express delivery is also available at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
We’re proud of how quickly we can pack and dispatch your order here at Eats Better! We typically dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of order placement. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Victoria, so in most metro areas of major cities, you can expect your order within 2-3 business days. Outside of these areas, you should receive your order any time from three days after the dispatch date. Below are our current estimated delivery times. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive updated communications until your parcel is delivered. If you haven’t received your parcel within these estimates, please contact us, and we’ll gladly follow up on your order for you. Your tracking link will be provided once your order has been collected by our couriers.

Do you deliver on public holidays?
If the courier service is operating, so are we! However, as couriers generally don’t work on public holidays, it’s best to plan your delivery ahead of time, especially during busy periods such as Christmas, New Year, and Easter.

We want you to be delighted with your Eats Better experience! That’s why we strive to make everything as straightforward as possible. If something doesn’t go quite as planned, our 30-day money-back guarantee ensures our dedicated customer service team can help make things right.
Please Note: We cannot process refunds unless you have first contacted an Eats Better representative to request your refund. This allows us to issue you a returns authorization and the correct return address. Returns received without prior authorization cannot be processed.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
We understand that when ordering your pet food online, you’re likely looking for convenient delivery, which is exactly what we offer. Our drivers have authority to leave your order on your property without a signature, so your order is waiting for you when you get home. Leave the “Authority to Leave” toggle on in your cart if you’d like us to leave your order in a safe place. If you require a signature upon delivery, please turn this toggle off.

Do you deliver outside of Australia?

I entered the wrong address, can I change it?
If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to change the address entered at checkout. If it has not yet been shipped, we’re happy to update and ship your order to the correct address. If your order is delivered to the incorrect address and you are unable to obtain it, Eats Better is not responsible for replacing your order. If your order has been marked and received back to us as “RTS” or “return to sender” due to an incorrect address input, we can resend your order without additional product fees. However, any orders needing to be resent will incur a shipping fee of $5.95.
