Eats Better Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be delighted with your Eats Better experience! That’s why we strive to make everything as straightforward as possible. If something doesn’t go quite as planned, our 30-day money-back guarantee ensures our dedicated customer service team can help make things right. Please Note: We cannot process refunds unless you have first contacted an Eats Better representative to request your refund. This allows us to issue you a returns authorization and the correct return address. Returns received without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Returns Terms & Conditions

  • We accept returns for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Delivery is considered complete when the tracking information for your order is updated to “delivered” by the courier.
  • Items returned after 30 days may not qualify for a refund. Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Eats Better reserves the right to decline the money-back guarantee based on a customer’s transaction history on eatsbetter.com.au.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. The customer must arrange for the product to be shipped back to our specified office address.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain a tracking number when returning products. This tracking number must be provided to us if requested.
  • Packages marked “RTS” or “Return to Sender,” unless due to an error on our part, will be refunded for the returned goods, minus a shipping fee of $14.09.
  • Please be aware that due to courier policies, the cost to ship an item back to us may exceed the initial shipping cost to you.
  • An Eats Better customer service representative must be contacted to request your refund within the 30-day period before returning goods.
  • If a customer purchased shipping with their order and is seeking to return their product under our 30-day money-back guarantee, the refund will exclude the shipping fee originally paid.
  • If a customer received free shipping with their order and is seeking to return their products under our 30-day money-back guarantee because the product didn’t work, their pet didn’t like the taste, or their pet experienced a reaction, they will receive a full refund.
  • If a customer received free shipping with their order and is seeking to return their products under our 30-day money-back guarantee for any reason other than those stated above, the refund will exclude the original shipping costs.

Purchased Through One of Our Retail Partners?

If you purchased an Eats Better product from one of our retail partners and wish to return it, please refer to the retailer’s return policy for details. Returns should be processed through the original point of purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you received a damaged shipment or product, please email photos of the damaged item to hello@eatsbetter.com.au. Include your invoice number and name in the email, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
